No Refunds, Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations
Once an order is placed, confirmed, or materials are loaded onto the carrier’s truck or Buyer’s trailer/pickup vehicle, no refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

Change of mind

Change in project requirements

Errors in order specifications provided by Buyer

Discovery of alternative suppliers or pricing

Delays in project timelines
Exceptions
The only exceptions to this policy are:

If the materials delivered are materially nonconforming to the specifications agreed upon in the written quote/order confirmation (subject to the inspection and claims process outlined in our Terms and Conditions).

Cases of proven damage or shortage that is reported in compliance with our shipping/inspection requirements (within 48 hours for visible issues).
